正交各向异性板剪切屈曲载荷的近似表达式研究
APPROXIMATE FORMULAS FOR SHEAR BUCKLING OF ORTHOTROPIC PLATES

摘要: 利用Rayleigh-Ritz法和通用有限元程序ANSYS分析了纵向边被转动弹簧或扭转加劲肋约束的正交各向异性长板的临界屈曲问题, 引入无量纲正交各向异性参数、约束系数和临界屈曲系数, 利用曲线拟合技术, 得到了这两类约束板在均匀剪力作用下的临界屈曲载荷近似解公式;利用临界纵横比, 把求得的针对转动弹簧约束的临界屈曲解应用到扭转加劲肋约束板的临界屈曲解中, 同样得到了扭转加劲肋约束板的临界屈曲载荷。将求得的近似表达式与有限元ANSYS数值解以及文献中的结果进行对比, 结果吻合良好。Abstract: The buckling analysis of long plates with two longitudinal edges either restrained by rotational springs or torsional stiffeners under uniform shear is presented using Rayleigh-Ritz method and numerical finite element analysis (FEA). By introducing generic non-dimensional parameters, i.e., orthotropic material parameters, restraint coefficients and buckling coefficients, the buckling formulas of long plates with two kinds of restraints are obtained using curve fitting technique. The analytical buckling formulas of long plates with two longitudinal edges restrained by torsional stiffeners can also be obtained by adapting the fitted formulas of long plates with two longitudinal edges restrained by rotational springs with a critical aspect ratio. The accuracy of the present approximate analytical formulas is validated with the numerical FEA and available solutions in the literature, and excellent agreements are reached.
