火灾下钢板剪力墙屈曲后的塑性极限分析

POST BUCKLING PLASTIC LIMIT ANALYSIS OF FIRE RESISTANCE FOR STEEL PLATE SHEAR WALLS

  • 摘要: 基于塑性极限分析理论,采用最小势能原理,提出了火灾下高温钢板剪力墙屈曲后的拉力带模型TSM(Temperature String Modal),依据此假定推导了考虑变温场极限状态下钢板剪力墙屈曲后的水平承载力计算完全解,对火灾温度场下钢板剪力墙屈曲后强度进行了研究。利用上述方法对石化炉体装备的钢箱体结构进行了抗火极限分析和结构防火保护的优化设计。实例与数值模拟结果的对比表明该方法简单有效,可以为钢箱体结构抗火设计提供理论依据和实用的计算方法。

     

    Abstract: Based on the plastic limit analysis theorem and used the minimum total potential energy principle, the assumptions of the Temperature String Modal (TSM) of post buckling for the Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) under fire are summarized, and the uniform solutions of allowable shear force of SPSW are deduced. The post buckling bearing properties of SPSW are researched under fire. The fire resistance limit analysis of SPSW is studied in the petrochemical furnace equipments, for which the fireproof protection is designed. The application and compare with the numeral analysis examples indicates that this method is simple and useful, which can provide a theoretical and practical way for the fire design of SPSW structure.
