反应堆压力容器压力-温度限值曲线参数敏感性分析

A PARAMETRIC STUDY OF PRESSURE-TEMPERATURE LIMIT CURVE FOR RPV

  • 摘要: 该文介绍了2007版RCCM规范和2010版ASME规范对反应堆压力容器压力温度(P-T)限值曲线计算的改进,并基于2007版RCCM规范提出了新的P-T计算流程。通过3D有限元分析,研究了裂纹尺寸、降温速率、应力强度因子塑性修正、堆焊层结构等因素对P-T曲线的影响。数值分析表明裂纹尺寸和堆焊层结构对P-T曲线有较大影响;应力强度因子塑性修正过程对P-T曲线影响有限;若参考RCCM规范计算P-T曲线,则降温速率对计算结果影响较大;若参考ASME规范计算,则降温速率对计算结果影响不大。

     

    Abstract: The improvement of the pressure-temperature (P-T) limit curve methodologies given by the ASME code Ver.2010 and the RCCM code Ver.2007 are presented, and a new P-T curve calculation procedure is proposed according to the RCCM code Ver.2007. The effect of crack size, cooling rate, stress intensity factor plasticity correction and cladding on the P-T curve are studied by performing 3D finite element analysis. The result indicates that crack size and cladding have significant impact on P-T curve, while stress intensity factor plasticity correction has limited influence; the cooling rate effect depends on which standard code is used.
