石油钻柱的动态安全评价分析方法

DYNAMIC SAFETY EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS ON OILWELL DRILLSTRING

  • 摘要: 在钻柱动力学模型的基础上,运用有限元法仿真模拟钻柱的动力学特性,计算钻柱动态应力,提出了钻柱动态安全判断准则,并计算了单扶正器钻柱和多扶正器钻柱的动态安全系数。结果表明:钻柱涡动特性直接关系到钻柱的动态安全,危险截面主要分布在中和点以下的下部钻具组合部分。合理地调整转盘转速和安放扶正器,可以降低钻柱的动态应力,提高钻柱的动态安全系数。钻柱动态安全系数能够反映钻柱井下运动情况,是衡量钻柱动态安全的重要指标。

     

    Abstract: Based on a drillstring dynamic model, whirl and other dynamic characteristics have been simulated by using the finite element method. Furthermore, a dynamic safety evaluation criterion has been established through calculations of the dynamic stress of drillstring. The dynamic safety factor for drillstring with stabilizers has been calculated. The results show that whirl motion is directly related to the dynamic safety of drillstring. Moreover, almost all dangerous sections are located below the neutral point. The dynamic stress of the drillstring can be reduced by adjusting rotary speed and stabilizers, thusly the dynamic safety factor of the drillstring will be increased. The dynamic safety factor of drillstring, which can represent its downhole motion state, is an important index of drillstring dynamic safety.
