超高韧性水泥基复合材料基本性能和结构应用研究进展

PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATION OF ULTRA HIGH TOUGHNESS CEMENTITIOUS COMPOSITE: A REVIEW

  • 摘要: 超高韧性水泥基复合材料(UHTCC)是一种新型高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料,自20世纪90年代出现以来,引起了世界范围内的关注。该文综述了该材料在土木工程结构应用相关方面的国内外研究现状,系统介绍了UHTCC的基本力学性能及其耐久性。为满足不同工程需要,目前已经开发出了多种具有特殊性能和制备工艺的UHTCC材料。鉴于其特殊的力学性能、良好的耐久性和制备工艺的多样性,UHTCC在结构应用中的应用前景十分广泛。该文着重讲述了有关UHTCC结构应用相关工作的研究成果及部分工程实例,如作为混凝土保护层提高结构耐久性、作为耗能材料提高结构抗震性、开发新型结构形式以及既有结构物的修复等。

     

    Abstract: A kind of high performance fiber reinforced cementitious composite, Ultra High Toughness Cementitious Composite (UHTCC), has attracted a lot of attention in the past two decades. This paper summarizes the research status that relates to the application of UHTCC in civil engineering structures, and introduces basic mechanical performance and durability of UHTCC firstly. To fulfill the requirements of different projects, UHTCC with various added functions and process have been developed. UHTCC has a good prospect of application and extension because of the special mechanical behavior, excellent durability and variety of processing. Current research achievements in the potential structural application of UHTCC and some practical application examples are emphasized, such as the novel use of UHTCC as protection cover to improve structural durability and as energy-dissipating material to strengthen structural seismic capacity, and for retrofit and repair of concrete structures.
