“珠江帆影”高层建筑结构设计中一些问题的研究

A STUDY OF SOME PROBLEMS IN THE STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF THE HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS AS THE“ZHUJIANG FANYING”

  • 摘要: 本文介绍广州“珠江帆影”工程筒体框-架结构的计算模式,24903m2地下室的结构方案、桩支剪力墙的分析和设计近似方法,框架柱竖向压缩变形引起横梁的附加弯矩和修正方法,铰接横梁多层框架的分析方法。最后,关于温度和风作用对高层建筑的影响所采用的构造措施以及楼板形式也进行了研究。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the calculating model of the tube-rigid frame stru-eture for "Zhujiang Fanying" project in Guangzhou,the structural scheme of the basement with an area of about 24903m2,the approximate methods of analysis and design for the pile-supported shear wallS,the secondary moment acting on the transverse beam caused by the vertical compression deformation of the frame columns and the corrective method concerned, and the analysis of the multistory frames with transverse beams hinged. Finally,some constructional deatails used to consider the temperature eff-ects and wind actions on these tall buildlngs as well as the selection of the floor structure are also discussed in this paper,
