超高车辆-桥梁上部结构碰撞荷载精细有限元模拟与简化计算

HIGH PRECISION FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATION AND SIMPLIFIED CALCULATION FOR THE COLLISION LOAD BETWEEN OVER-HIGH TRUCK AND BRIDGE SUPERSTRUCTURE

  • 摘要: 近年,超高车辆撞击桥梁上部结构问题成为城市交通安全的重要威胁。为减少超高车辆撞击桥梁上部结构造成的损失,关键是准确计算撞击荷载。该文首先基于精细有限元,对超高车辆-桥梁上部结构碰撞过程进行了模拟,对影响撞击的主要参数进行了分析。进而通过忽略次要影响因素,对车辆、桥梁受力行为进行合理简化,建立了超高车辆-桥梁上部结构碰撞的简化计算模型。简化模型与精细有限元模型的撞击力时程结果吻合较好,可为工程设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Recently the collisions between over-high trucks and bridge superstructures have become a serious threaten to the safety of city traffic. In order to reduce the loss due to collision accidents, it’s critical to precisely calculate the collision loads. This work firstly simulates the collision process between over-high trucks and bridge superstructures based on high precision finite element model, with primary influencing factors that control the collision loads being discussed. Then by ignoring the minor influencing factors, a simplified model for the collision between over-high trucks and bridge superstructures has been developed. The time-history results of simplified model agree well with those of the high precision finite element model, thus the proposed simplified model can be used in practical application.
