含双自由度周期振子的平行并联梁弯曲振动带隙特性

FLEXURAL VIBRATION BANDGAP CHARACTERISTICS OF DOUBLE BEAMS IN PARALLEL WITH OSCILLATORS WITH TWO DEGREES OF FREEDOM

  • 摘要: 为探究新型周期结构的低频多带隙特性,提出了周期布置双自由度振子的局域共振型平行并联梁结构。利用平面波展开法,计算了无限周期结构的弯曲振动能带结构。采用有限元法计算了有限周期结构的振动传输曲线,并通过模态分析和变形模式研究了带隙产生机理。建立了双自由振子并联梁的简化模型,推导了带隙起止频率简化公式,研究了结构参数对带隙特性的影响规律。最后制作了模型试件并进行传递特性分析,验证了理论和有限元法预测带隙的准确性。研究表明,仅改变两梁之间连接弹簧的刚度,可以有效调节带隙频率,为双自由度振子双梁周期结构的减振控制提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the low frequency ranges of the multiple bandgaps of a new type periodic structure, double beams in parallel with periodically locally resonant oscillators with two degrees of freedom are proposed. The flexural vibration band structure of the infinite system is analyzed using the plane wave expansion method. The transmission properties of the corresponding finite system are examined by using finite element simulation. The bandgap form mechanism is studied in terms of the eigenmodes and transverse deformation pattern. The simple formulas of the start and ending frequencies of the bandgaps are derived based on the eigenmodes and the effects of the structural parameters on the bandgap characteristics are studied. The existence of the band gap characteristics is verified experimentally, and the accuracy of the theoretical predictions is proven. The results show that by only tuning the stiffness of the springs connected with the two beams, the bandgap can be effectively adjusted, which provides a reference for vibration reduction of double beams in parallel with oscillators with two degrees of freedom.
