结构有机玻璃的工程应用与研究进展

ENGINEERING APPLICATION AND RESEARCH PROGRESS OF STRUCTURAL ACRYLIC

  • 摘要: 有机玻璃是一种热塑性塑料,它在建筑和结构中的应用日渐增多。与普通玻璃相比,有机玻璃具有无自曝风险、可本体聚合、密度低等诸多优点,但是它也存在防火性能不佳、蠕变问题显著等缺点。该文介绍了一些国内外著名的有机玻璃建筑物或结构,以及学者们对有机玻璃材料和结构所作的相关研究。提出了目前有机玻璃结构设计中存在的问题,并且给出了有机玻璃结构设计的相关建议,为相关研究和设计人员提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Acrylic is a kind of thermoplastics material, which is increasingly used in architectures and structures. Compared with ordinary glass, acrylic has many advantages, such as no risk of spontaneous glass breakage, feasibility of bulk polymerization and low density. However, it has some disadvantages as well, such as inferior fire resistance and creep problem. Some famous acrylic buildings and structures in China and abroad are introduced, and also the studies conducted by researchers. The problems in current design method of acrylic structures are proposed. New design suggestions of acrylic structures are offered, which can provide reference for both researchers and designers.
