采用单侧角钢的梁柱可更换连接件抗震性能试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SEISMIC PERFORMANCE OF REPLACEABLE BEAM-COLUMN CONNECTOR WITH SINGLE-SIDED ANGLE STEEL

  • 摘要: 采用单侧角钢的可更换梁柱连接件是指在梁柱连接处设置钢连接件,连接件腹板设置摩擦耗能黄铜片,同时翼缘单侧通过可更换角钢连接,并在连接件及钢梁内部张拉预应力钢绞线。结合2个未设置可更换角钢试件、1个双侧设置可更换角钢试件及5单侧设置可更换角钢试件的低周反复加载拟静力试验,重点对单侧设置角钢的可更换梁柱连接件的破坏形态、承载能力、耗能能力、刚度退化等抗震性能及自复位能力开展了研究。研究结果表明:设置角钢对试件的抗震性能有较大提升,单、双侧设置角钢对连接件抗震性能的影响差距较小,且单侧设置角钢具有避免影响梁上楼板的布置与施工的优势;增厚连接段翼缘对试件抗震性能提升有限,通过在薄翼缘连接件上设置角钢能够达到与厚翼缘连接件相当的效果,其更加经济适用;单侧设置角钢的梁柱连接件震后可方便的更换受损角钢构件从而恢复试件的抗震性能,且震后更换更厚角钢可实现抗震性能的超越。该新型采用单侧角钢的可更换梁柱连接件经合理设计与控制,可以很好地实现“中震复位,大震更换”机制,为抗震设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The replaceable beam-column connector with unilateral angle steel means that a steel connector is arranged at the beam-column connection, a piece of friction energy dissipation brass is arranged on the web of the connector, and the flange is connected by a replaceable angle steel on one side, and prestressed steel strands are stretched inside the connector and the steel beam. Based on quasi-static test of two specimens without replaceable angle steel, one specimen with two sides angle steels, and five specimens with one side replaceable angle steel, the re-centering capability and seismic behaviours were analyzed such as failure form, bearing capacity, energy consumption capacity, and stiffness degradation. The study results indicated that: setting angle steel has greatly improved the seismic performance of the specimens, the seismic performance between the connector with single or double side angle steels was not obvious, and setting single-sided angle steel has the advantage of avoiding affecting the layout and construction of the floor slab on the beam. The seismic performance of increasing flange thickness was limited, but setting angle steel with thin flange connector can achieve the same effect, which is more economical. The beam-column connector with single-sided angle steel can easily replace the damaged angle steel after earthquake to restore the aseismic performance, and the replacement of thicker angle steel can achieve the surpassing of aseismic performance. The mechanism of "self-centering under moderate earthquake and replaceable with strong earthquake" can be realized well by rational design specimen, which can provide a good reference for aseismic design.
