MOMENT-ROTATION ANALYSIS MODEL OF FLUSH END-PLATE BOLTED CONNECTIONS BETWEEN H-SHAPED STEEL BEAMS AND RECTANGULAR CFST COLUMNS

  • 摘要: 为预测通过平齐端板和单边螺栓连接的钢管混凝土节点的弯矩-转角关系,该文提出基于极限弯矩、初始转动刚度和形状参数的三参数指数模型。考虑节点的可能破坏模式,提出节点极限弯矩的计算方法,基于组件法建立节点初始转动刚度分析模型,仅需节点构造尺寸和材料特性便可得到节点的极限弯矩和初始转动刚度预测值。弯矩-转角关系模型、极限弯矩计算方法、初始转动刚度模型和预测的节点破坏模式与试验结果均吻合较好。该文提出的分析模型简便、准确,避免大量试验研究和有限元模拟,能够适用于半刚性组合框架节点的分析和设计。

     

    Abstract: To predict the moment-rotation relation of CFST connections with blind bolts and flush endplate, a three-parameter exponential model is proposed based on ultimate moment resistance, on initial rotational stiffness, and on shape parameters. With the consideration of possible failure modes, the calculation method for ultimate moment resistance is proposed. Based on the component method, the model for initial rotational stiffness of the connection is proposed. The prediction values of the ultimate moment resistance and of initial rotational stiffness can be obtained only by the size and material properties of the connection. The comparison with the experimental results shows the correctness of the analytical model and of calculation method proposed. Furthermore, the proposed model is convenient and accurate and can avoid a lot of experiments and simulations. Therefore, the proposed model can be applied to the analysis and the design of connections in semi-rigid composite frames.
