索强化剪式铰机构力学性能研究

RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CABLE-STRENGTHENED SCISSOR-HINGE MECHANISM

  • 摘要: 剪式铰机构的开合过程易于控制,为可展结构的一个重要分支。基于剪式铰的可展结构展开成形后,由于剪式铰单元杆件间的相对转动特性使得结构刚度较低,在受力时表现出较强的几何非线性。为增强基于剪式铰的可展结构的刚度,该文采用索来强化剪式铰机构。该文推导了规则的索强化剪式铰单元的轴向刚度和抗弯刚度计算公式,揭示了索强化剪式铰单元承载能力和单元组成构件的相关关系,给出了有限质点法计算框架下的索强化剪式铰机构的计算分析方法,并对一个典型索强化剪式铰拱的受力性能和断索行为进行了分析。研究结果表明:索强化后的剪式铰机构在不影响机构可展性的同时提高了机构的刚度和承载能力。

     

    Abstract: Scissor-hinge mechanism has a simple retraction process and is an important branch of deployable structures. When the scissor-hinge mechanism is deployed, the rotation characteristic of the scissor unit makes the scissor-hinge mechanism have low stiffness and show strong geometric nonlinearity under external forces. In order to enhance the stiffness of the scissor-hinge mechanism, the cable is applied. The formulas are derived for calculating the axial stiffness and bending stiffness of the regular cable-strengthened scissor unit. The relationship is revealed between the load-carrying capacity of the cable-strengthened scissor unit and its components. The analysis method is proposed for the cable-strengthened scissor-hinge mechanism under the frame of finite particle method, and the mechanical properties are analyzed for a typical arch composed of cable-strengthened scissor unit with and without continuous cable. The results show that the stiffness and load-carrying capacity of the scissor-hinge mechanism are improved by the cable while the retraction process of the scissor-hinge mechanism is not affected.
