外接式组合桁架节点初始转动刚度研究

STUDY ON INITIAL ROTATIONAL STIFFNESS OF EXTERNAL COMPOSITE TRUSS JOINT

  • 摘要: 新建银西线铁路渭河特大桥主桥为4×60 m钢桁腹-混凝土连续箱梁桥,考虑本桥型中半刚性节点转动性能不明确的问题,该文讨论了对外接式组合桁架节点初始转动刚度及其对桥梁受力性能的影响。首先定义了节点域,然后通过传力路径分析将节点域简化成弦杆、PBL剪力键群以及外露节点板三个有效力学组件,利用组件法原理推导出了各有效力学组件的弹簧刚度表达式,得到节点的初始转动刚度函数表达式。建立了节点有限元模型,并将数值结果与理论结果相比较,验证了模型的有效性以及理论分析的正确性。此研究成果为后续外接式节点的弯矩-转角曲线研究奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: The main span crossing the Weihe river in Yinchuan to Xi'an railway is a concrete continuous box beam with steel trusses, whose length is 4×60 m. For the problem of uncertain performance of a semi-rigid joint in design, the initial rotational stiffness of an external composite truss joint is studied. First, the joint zone was defined. Then, by the transmission path, the joint zone was simplified into three effective mechanical components:a chord, a PBL shear key group, and an exposed joint plate. Based on the principle of component method, the spring stiffness expressions of effective mechanical components were derived, and the initial rotation stiffness function expression of the joint was obtained. A finite element model of the joint was established. By comparing the numerical results and the theoretical calculation results, the validity of the model and the correctness of theoretical analysis were verified. The research results laid the foundation for the study of the moment rotation curve of the external joint.
