UHPC梁短期刚度理论与试验研究

THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON IMMEDIATE STIFFNESS OF UHPC BEAMS

  • 摘要: 超高性能混凝土(Ultra high performance concrete,简称UHPC)是一种具有高强度、高韧性、高耐久性和高抗冲击性能的水泥基复合材料。通过现有的两种刚度计算方法——有效惯性矩法及刚度解析法,结合UHPC材料特性,相应地建立了UHPC短期刚度计算方法。通过对12根UHPC梁试验结果的分析,发现该文建立的两种短期刚度计算方法均能有效地计算试验梁的短期刚度,精度满足工程计算要求,其中有效惯性矩法的计算值更接近试验值。

     

    Abstract: Ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) is a remarkable material exhibiting higher strength, toughness, durability and anti-impact property when compared with conventional concrete. In the study of deformation and stiffness of UHPC beams, the immediate stiffness calculation theory has not yet formed a unified method. In this study, the UHPC immediate stiffness calculation method was derived by using the effective inertia moment method and the stiffness analysis method respectively combined with the material properties of UHPC. Through experimental investigations of 12 UHPC test beams, it is found that the immediate stiffness was better calculated by the two immediate stiffness calculation methods and the accuracy satisfied engineering requirements. Compared with the stiffness analysis method, the values calculated from the effective inertia moment method were closer to experimental values.
