高水头阀门顶止水抗冲磨与变形特性试验

Test on abrasion resistance and deformation characteristics of the top seal of high-head valves

  • 摘要: 针对高水头阀门顶止水破坏的主要影响因素,提出三种止水材料配方,设计具有相同条件的试验方法,采用水下棱石法开展止水材料抗冲磨试验;研发阀门顶止水1∶1切片试验装置,制作不同型式阀门顶止水试件,进行止水安装变形特性、不同水头压力变形特性试验。研究表明:止水表面冲磨破坏呈现波纹状特征,随材料硬度增大,止水表面冲磨趋于光滑、抗冲磨性能降低,相对而言,配方2抗冲磨性能略优;随着安装荷载或水头差的增大,止水变形近似线性增大,“半圆头型”止水相对较优;在高水头作用下止水变形较大,在止水现场安装时可考虑适当预留间距,以降低压缩变形及应力。

     

    Abstract: In terms of main effective factors of the damage issue of the top seal of high-head valves, three kinds of material formulas are proposed. A test method with the same test condition for all test specimens was designed. The underwater stone method was employed to carry out the abrasion resistance performance test. A 1:1 scale slice test device was created and test specimens of different types of top seals were made. The test study on the deformation of top seals under fixing and different water heads was carried out. The study indicated that the damage feature of the top seal surface shows the wave style, and the larger the top seal hardness is, the smoother is the surface abrasion. Formula No.2 is relatively better. The deformation of the top seal increases linearly with the increase of the installation load and the water head. The top seal of semicircle head type is relatively better among all the top seals involved in the test. As the deformation of the top seal is large under high water head, some gap between the top seal and the breast wall is recommended when the top seal is installed to reduce its compression deformation and stress.
