基于实测数据的桩基承载力恢复计算与分析

A STUDY ON PILE SETUP BASED ON MEASURED IN SITU DATA

  • 摘要: 桩基的承载力恢复受土质条件、桩型、沉桩方式等因素的影响很大。为了探究承载力恢复规律,分析了131根桩的测试数据,提出了采用恢复速率作为评价承载力恢复的指标,并以此为依据建立了恢复速率与时间之间的关系。分析显示,恢复速率与时间在双对数坐标中呈现良好的线性关系,基于该关系给出了不同土质条件、桩型及沉桩方式下的桩基承载力恢复计算公式。采用另外收集的49根桩的承载力实测数据验证公式的有效性,预测值与实测值表现出良好的一致性。

     

    Abstract: It is known that after installation, pile capacity increases with time. This phenomenon is called setup. The setup factor, which is affected by many factors such as soil, pile type and installation method, is often used to evaluate this phenomenon. At present, empirical relationships are often offered for quantifying setup. To incorporate it into pile design, a relatively simple relationship requiring less complicated test data and parameters is needed. In this paper, based on the database, the relationship between setup rate and time is established according to the measured data from in situ tests of 131 piles. The results show that they have a good linear relationship in the double logarithmic coordinates. The formulas are presented according to the analysis mentioned above, and another 49 piles are used to verify them. It is found that the predicted capacities with the proposed formulas are in good agreement with the measured data.
