AP1000核电厂房动力特性参数化分析与优化

DYNAMIC PERFORMANCE OF AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant BY PARAMETRICAL ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION

  • 摘要: AP1000核电厂非能动贮水箱需保证72 h供水。在地震作用下,水的晃动对核电厂动力响应产生重要的影响。该文基于任意拉格朗日欧拉流固耦合算法,建立AP1000核电厂重力水箱4种水位和3种通风口高度的全耦合精细有限元分析模型,分析满足RG1.60反应谱的核电人工波作用下重力水箱的动力响应,参数化分析核岛厂房顶点加速度响应与水箱水位、通风口高度与结构动力响应之间的相互作用规律,探究核电厂重力水箱的最优水位和通风口。计算结果表明:在满足核电厂供水的条件下,当水位4,通风口C时,AP1000核电厂屏蔽厂房动力响应最小。

     

    Abstract: Passive water storage tank of AP1000 nuclear power plant (NPP) ensures water supply for 72 hours. Water sloshing in water storage tanks can have a significant effect on the dynamic response of NPP under seismic loads. In this paper, based on the Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian algorithm, coupled detailed finite element models of AP1000 shield buildings with four cases of water levels and three kinds of air intakes were established to analyze the dynamic response when the structure was subjected to NPP artificial earthquakes that match the RG1.60 spectrum. The interaction rule of the accelerations at different water levels, locations of air intakes and dynamic response are parametrically analyzed. The optimal water level and air intakes are explored. The analysis results show that, on the premise that the water supply satisfies the NPP operating condition, the minimum dynamic response of AP1000 NPP can be achieved for the water level 4 and air intake C.
