FAST馈源支撑塔结构优化设计

STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND OPTIMIZATION OF FEED-SUPPORT TOWERS OF FAST TELESCOPE

  • 摘要: 六基馈源支撑塔是FAST望远镜馈源支撑系统中的核心承载结构。该文介绍了馈源支撑塔的功能特点,针对设计任务书提出的各项要求对塔结构的优化设计进行了详细叙述。最后对于塔的关键设计指标-基频进行了仿真建模和计算校核,并与六塔的基频实测结果进行了对比分析,结果表明计算值与实测值吻合较好。

     

    Abstract: Six feed-support towers are the key load-bearing structures of the feed support system of FAST telescope. Their function and characteristics are introduced in the paper. The work on the structural design and optimization of 6 towers is conducted in response to all kinds of technical specifications required by the design task. Finally, simulation models of the towers are built for computational check of the first natural frequency, which is the key specification of tower design. The numerical results are also compared with the frequency measurements on site. The results show a good consistency between them.
