混凝土碱骨料反应及力学性能细观模拟

MESO-SCALE PARTICLE MODELING OF ALKALI-SILICA REACTION AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CONCRETE

  • 摘要: 混凝土碱骨料反应是降低混凝土耐久性的主要因素之一,充分认识其对混凝土力学性能的劣化机理,有助于防治碱骨料反应对混凝土结构的危害。该文用颗粒元(PFC2D)方法建立了由骨料、砂浆和界面三相共同组成的混凝土细观模型,模拟了碱骨料反应引起的混凝土膨胀变形与微裂缝扩展过程,并对碱骨料反应劣化后的混凝土试件进行劈裂抗拉试验,研究碱骨料反应对混凝土力学性能的影响。数值模拟结果表明,该模型可有效预测混凝土碱骨料反应膨胀趋势,碱骨料反应显著降低了混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度。

     

    Abstract: A three-phase meso-scale model of concrete which consists of aggregate, mortar, and interface between aggregate and mortar is established by pre-processing approach and the particle flow code (PFC2D). A homogeneous aggregate expansion procedure is proposed to simulate alkali-aggregate reaction, and splitting tensile test is conducted to explore the mechanical properties of concrete subjected to the alkali-aggregate reaction. The numerical simulation shows that this model can effectively predict the expansion trend of concrete alkali aggregate reaction expansion; the splitting tensile strength of concrete subjected to the alkali-aggregate reaction fell sharply.
