酸雨对再生骨料混凝土实心砖砌体抗压性能影响试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF ACID RAIN ON THE COMPRESSIVE BEHAVIORS OF RECYCLED AGGREGATE CONCRETE SOLID BRICK MASONRY

  • 摘要: 为了研究酸雨腐蚀对再生骨料砖混凝土实心砖砌体抗压性能的影响,该文以32榀相同特性的再生骨料混凝土实心砖砌体抗压试件为研究对象,利用国内先进的人工模拟大气环境实验室,对其进行喷淋-光照循环加速腐蚀试验及轴心抗压试验,对比分析了试件抗压强度、破坏形态、弹性模量和应力-应变关系随腐蚀循环次数的变化。试验结果表明:经酸雨腐蚀后的再生骨料混凝土实心砖砌体开裂荷载较小,裂缝出现较早,破坏相对严重;随着腐蚀次数的增加,应力-应变曲线斜率逐渐减小,弹性模量逐渐降低,抗压强度呈先升后降的趋势。经300次酸雨腐蚀,抗压强度下降29%,弹性模量下降42%。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effect of acid rain on the compressive behaviors of recycled aggregate concrete solid brick masonry, this paper conducted the spray-light cycle accelerated corrosion test and the axial compression test for 32 identical specimens in artificial atmosphere environment. The compressive strength, damage mode, elastic modulus and stress-strain curves were analyzed with the increase of the number of spray-light cycle. The results indicate that the specimens after acid rain corrosion are associated with smaller cracking load, earlier initiation of cracking, and more severe damage. The slope of stress-strain curve and elastic modulus gradually decrease with the increase of spray-light cycles, while the compressive strength increases at the early stage before the decreasing at the latter stage. After 300 spray-light cycles, the compressive strength decreases by 29% and the elastic modulus decreases by 42%.
