螺旋线参数对斜拉索风雨振抑振效果的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON HELICAL LINE PARAMETERS AND RAIN-WIND INDUCED VIBRATION CONTROL OF STAY-CABLES

  • 摘要: 螺旋线是常用的抑制斜拉索风雨振的措施。为了研究优化的螺旋线参数,通过风洞试验的方法,针对直径分别为90 mm、110 mm、155 mm、160 mm的斜拉索模型,分别缠绕0.7 mm~3.0 mm直径的单螺旋线或双螺旋线,考察了螺旋线直径、缠绕方式、缠绕的间距等参数对不同直径斜拉索风雨振的抑振效果,发现在斜拉索直径不变的情况下,对于同一螺旋线间距,螺旋线直径越大抑振效果越明显;对于同一螺旋线直径,螺旋线间距越小抑振效果越明显;对于同一螺旋线直径和相同的缠绕方式,斜拉索直径越大,抑振需要的螺旋线间距越小。针对不同直径的斜拉索,为了达到抑振效果,提供了所需要的螺旋线参数组合,为实际工程设计提供了参考。在实际工程中,需要针对斜拉索直径、表面真实状态以及斜拉索生产和安装等各种因素综合考虑各参数组合。

     

    Abstract: Helical lines are often used to control rain-wind induced cable vibration. Wind tunnel tests were carried out to obtain optimized parameters of helical line, and vibration control effects were analysed for helical line with different parameters including diameter, single or double twine around way, space, when they are twined around different cable model (the diameter is 90 mm、110 mm、155 mm、160 mm respectively). Results show that for same helical line space, vibration control effect becomes better when helical line diameter becomes large; while for same helical line diameter, vibration control effect becomes better when helical line space becomes small; and for same helical line diameter and twine around way, helical line space needs to be small when cable diameter becomes large. Helical line parameters for different cable diameter to control cable vibration were provided. To choose appropriate helical line parameters, main factors, including cable diameter, surface roughness, production and erection procedures, should be considered synthetically.
