高强度钢加劲板焊接残余应力测试及分析

EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF WELDING RESIDUAL STRESS IN HIGH STRENGTH STIFFENED PLATES

  • 摘要: 为研究高强度钢的板肋加劲板焊接残余应力分布特点,该文利用切割法对板肋加劲板试件进行了应力测试研究,建立了三维实体热弹塑性有限元模型,采用单元生死和动态约束技术模拟焊缝填充和焊接热输入过程,对比分析了高强度钢和普通钢的应力分布特点,比较研究了母板厚度、肋板厚度、肋板间距和高度对焊接残余应力的影响。研究结果表明:板肋加劲板T型接头角焊缝的焊接顺序与残余应力的分布不相关;高强度钢非焊接区域残余压应力小于普通钢;板件厚度和肋板高度是影响高强度钢的板肋加劲板焊接残余应力的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: To study the distribution characteristics of welding residual stresses in high strength flat-bar stiffened plates, stresses in flat-bar stiffened plates were measured with the method of sectioning technique. 3-D solid thermal elastic plastic finite element method (FEM) was developed by using element birth-and-death method and dynamic constraints technique to simulate the process of weld filler variation and welding heat input. Residual stress distribution between high strength steel and common strength steel was analyzed, while the effects of flange thickness, rib thickness, rib space and height on welding residual stresses were studied comparatively. The results show that welding sequence in T joint of flat-bar stiffened plates is irrelevant to stress distribution. Longitudinal compressive residual stresses out of weld zone of high strength steel are less than those of common strength steel. Plate thickness and wed height are the main factors affecting welding residual stresses in high strength flat-bar stiffened plates.
