不同无粘结长度新型混合装配式混凝土剪力墙抗震性能试验

EXPERIMENT ON SEISMIC PERFORMANCE OF NEW HYBRID-ASSEMBLING PRECAST CONCRETE SHEAR WALLS WITH VARIOUS UNBONDED LENGTHS

  • 摘要: 新型混合装配式混凝土剪力墙综合应用预制墙肢中部设置的无粘结预应力筋及局部无粘结竖向浆锚钢筋,以进一步提高墙体抗裂性能、改善墙体变形恢复能力及延缓钢筋屈服,从而改善其抗震能力。为验证新型混合装配式剪力墙的抗震能力,制作足尺试件并进行拟静力抗震性能试验。试件设计考虑了3种浆锚钢筋无粘结长度,以探索无粘结长度设置对墙体抗震能力的影响。试验结果表明:相较现浇对比试件,新型混合装配式剪力墙试件抗裂性能、承载力、刚度均明显提高,位移延性性能接近,耗能能力有所降低;同时,随着无粘结长度增大,试件屈服强度增大,极限强度降低,开裂荷载与残余变形基本无影响。综合对比来看,无粘结长度为150 mm的装配式试件表现出相对较好的抗震性能。

     

    Abstract: New hybrid-assembling precast concrete shear wall (NHPW), utilizing the combination of partially unboned of grouting-anchoring overlapping reinforcement and unbounded posttensioned connection, has the improved seismic performance by enhancing the crack resistance performance, displacement restoring capacity and yielding property. Low-frequency-cyclic loading experiments were carried out on one cast-in-situ and three NHPW specimens with different unbonded length of grout-anchored overlapping reinforcements. Compared with cast-in-situ specimen, the NHPW specimens have improved anti-cracking ability, strength and stiffness while the displacement ductility is similar, and the energy-dissipating capacity decreases. With the increase of unbounded length, the specimen's yield strength increases, the ultimate strength decreases while the anti-crack force and residual displacement remain unchanged. In general, the NHPW specimen with 150 mm unbonded length shows relatively better seismic performance.
