机翼壁板斜搭接结构DFR值试验测定及理论计算

DFR VALUE TESTING AND THEORETICAL CALCULATION ON SCARFED LAP JOINT OF AIRFOIL

  • 摘要: 该文针对某型飞机机翼壁板斜搭接结构,采用试验测定和理论分析两种方法,对该结构DFR值进行分析,分别给出了试验测定的DFR值和理论计算的DFR值。分析结果表明:理论分析能够较好的模拟斜搭接试件的几何特征与受载情况,验证了该DFR理论分析方法的工程适用性,为机翼壁板斜搭接结构的DFR测定提供了参考依据。

     

    Abstract: This article summarizes two methods to obtain DFR value by fatigue testing and theoretical calculation for the scarfed lap joint of an outer wing panel, and gives the results of these two methods. It is showed that the geometric character and load form of the scarfed lap joint can be better simulated by theoretical analysis, and this result provides a reference value for the application of aeronautical engineering.
