基于K-means聚类的风压系数快速分区方法

A QUICK ZONING METHOD FOR WIND PRESSURE COEFFICIENTS BASED ON K-MEANS CLUSTERING

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于K-means聚类的风压系数快速分区方法。K-means聚类要求事先给出聚类数目k值,在风压系数分区应用中存在局限性。采取两种措施进行改进:一是预先限制k值范围,实现所有k值下的快速聚类。二是采用有效性指标确定最佳k值。分别以平屋盖、鞍形屋盖的两种代表性来流工况为例,说明和验证了风压系数分区方法。结果表明:分区方法能很好地完成不同几何形状屋盖、不同来流工况、不同类型的风压系数分区。

     

    Abstract: A quick zoning method for the wind pressure coefficient has been proposed, which is based on K-means clustering. K-means clustering has its limitations in wind pressure coefficient partition applications, because the method requires k values (cluster numbers) in advance. Two measures have been taken to improve the method. One measure limits the k value at first to realize fast clustering under all k values. Another measure is to use the validity index to determine the optimal k value. Flat roof and saddle roof have been chosen as the example conditions to illustrate and verify this zoning method for the wind pressure. The results show that the improved method can properly develop wind pressure coefficient zoning for roofs of various geometries in a variety of conditions.
