波形钢腹板组合槽型梁剪切挠度计算方法与试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON AND CALCULATION OF SHEAR DEFLECTION FOR TROUGH GIRDERS WITH CORRUGATED STEEL WEBS

  • 摘要: 为了提出适用于波形钢腹板组合槽型梁的剪切挠度的计算方法,分析了荷载作用下组合梁的受力特点和截面上的剪应力分布规律,推导了剪应变的几何方程,提出了支反力-荷载分段函数的计算模式,通过对几何方程进行积分,建立了波形钢腹板组合槽型梁的剪切挠度计算公式。该公式能够计算多个集中荷载和均布荷载同时作用下的剪切挠度,并适用于波形钢腹板组合梁的其它截面形式。通过4片波形钢腹板组合槽型梁和1片波形钢腹板组合工形梁的静载试验和有限元分析,验证了剪切挠度计算公式的准确性。试验研究表明:对于5片缩尺试验梁,不考虑剪切变形的影响,挠度值偏小约20%,而采用该文考虑剪切变形影响的挠度公式计算的理论值与实测值吻合良好。

     

    Abstract: In order to propose a shear deflection calculation method for trough girder with corrugated steel webs, the mechanical characteristics of composite girder under loads and the shearing stress distribution in sections are analyzed, a geometric equation of shear strain is deduced, and a computing method termed the “reaction forces-loads piecewise function” is proposed. A shear deflection calculation formula for trough girders with corrugated steel webs is established by integrating the geometric equation. This formula can be used to calculate the shear deflection of girders under several concentrated loads and uniform loads, and can be applied to corrugated steel web girders with many other section shapes. The shear deflection formula is verified through experimental tests and finite element analysis of four trough girders with corrugated steel webs and one corrugated steel web I-girder. Experimental results indicate that the calculated deflections of the five scaled beams are about 20% smaller than the test results without considering shear deformation, but the deflections calulated by the deflection formula considering shear deformation agree well with experimental results.
