FPSO舷侧结构抗撞性能的解析计算研究

A SIMPLIFIED ANALYTICAL METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF ANTI-COLLISION CAPABILITY OF FPSO SIDE STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: FPSO的舷侧结构受到船舶撞击会导致漏油等严重事故,因此在结构设计中必须对FPSO的抗撞性予以足够的重视。在初步设计中,解析计算方法的应用可以显著提高结构设计效率。该文在对船侧结构碰撞机理的解析研究基础上,提出一个适用于FPSO舷侧结构抗撞性分析的解析计算方法,能够针对FPSO船体外板、纵桁、肋框和内板结构在撞击场景下的结构损伤变形和变形阻力,开展解析计算。研究中针对FPSO舷侧结构,定义了带有球鼻艏的船舶撞击FPSO舷侧结构的三种典型碰撞场景,验证该解析计算方法的准确性,提高其在FPSO舷侧结构设计中的适用性。

     

    Abstract: The damage of FPSO side structures subjected to a collision may lead to severe consequences such as oil leakage. Attention should be paid on the anti-collision capability of the FPSO side structure during the phase of preliminary structure design. The application of a simplified analytical method can significantly improve the efficiency of structure design in the preliminary design stage. In this paper, a simplified analytical method for the anti-collision capability of FPSO side structures is proposed, based on a series of closed-form solutions for individual structural members developed from their plastic mechanism analyses. By this method, the deformation and the resistance of the damaged structures, including outer plating, longitudinal girder, transverse web frame and inner plating, can be calculated when the collision scenario is defined. The method is verified by numerical simulation, in which three typical collision scenarios are defined and the FPSO side is struck by a ship with a bulbous bow in all scenarios. Thus the applicability of the simplified analytical method is developed for the FPSO side structure design.
