楔入劈拉试验传力途径解析与传力装置设计

ANALYSIS OF LOAD PASSING ROUTE AND DESIGN OF LOAD PASSING DEVICE FOR WEDGE-SPLITTING TEST

  • 摘要: 对试验装置传力方式不正确的认识将导致试验无法顺利进行或得到错误的试验结果。该文对楔入式紧凑拉伸试验和楔入劈拉试验装置的传力途径进行分析,并着重解析了楔入劈拉试验传力板的受力状态。发现楔入式紧凑拉伸试验是一种受力明确、结果可靠的断裂试验方法。对楔入劈拉试验,传力板的设计是关键,它直接影响着试件的受力,错误的设计还可能会引起它自身的转动。

     

    Abstract: Incorrect knowledge for the load passing pattern of test setup may lead to the failure of a test or the error of test results. The load passing route for both the wedge-splitting test on a compact tension specimen and the wedge-splitting test, especially the force condition of a steel platen in wedge-splitting test setup is analyzed. It is discovered that the wedge-splitting test on a compact tension specimen is an ideal fracture test method with a definite mechanical condition and reliable test results. As for a wedge-splitting test, the design of a steel platen is important since it directly influences the force condition of a specimen. An inappropriate design would result in a rotation of a steel platen.
