纤维编织网增强混凝土补强隧道衬砌力学性能研究

RESEARCH ON BEHAVIOR OF TUNNEL LINING STRENGTHENED BY TEXTILE-REINFORCED CONCRETE

  • 摘要: 纤维编织网增强混凝土(TRC)是一种新型高性能纤维增强水泥基复合材料,用它补强隧道衬砌可以有效地克服粘贴碳纤维布法的缺点。该文提出了纤维编织网增强混凝土补强隧道衬砌正截面受力全过程分析方法,并开展了验证试验。在此基础上,分析了衬砌截面偏心距、配网率、前期受力历史、钢筋和混凝土强度对纤维编织网增强混凝土补强隧道衬砌正截面承载性能的影响,最后探讨了纤维编织网补强隧道衬砌的破坏模式并给出了合理配网率区间。研究结果表明:衬砌截面偏心距、配网率和混凝土强度越大,前期受力历史和钢筋强度越小,补强效果越明显。

     

    Abstract: Textile reinforced concrete (TRC) is a new type of high-performance fiber-reinforced cement-based composites which can overcome the shortcomings of binding FRP. The theoretical analysis method for the bearing behavior of tunnel lining normal sections strengthened by TRC is proposed and verified by experiment. the influences of lining section eccentricity, textile ratio, load history, and the strength of steel and concrete on the lining bearing behavior are studied on the basis of the theoretical analysis method. Furthermore, the failure modes of lining strengthened by TRC are analyzed and the reasonable interval of textile ratio is developed. The investigation results show that , the greater of lining eccentricity, textile ratio and concrete strength, the smaller of preloading history and steel strength, the more significant of strength effect.
