角钢塔K形节点初始转动刚度计算模型

CALCULATION MODEL OF INITIAL STIFFNESS OF ANGLE STEEL TOWER K-JOINTS

  • 摘要: 运用组件法建立了输电塔中角钢塔K形节点初始转动刚度的计算模型,考虑了主角钢受剪、螺栓受剪、孔壁变形对节点转动刚度的影响。将主角钢受剪肢视为以剪切变形为主的短柱,采用叠加原理计算受剪肢的剪切变形,进而得到其转动刚度;将螺栓视为铁摩辛柯梁,采用虚功原理和单位荷载法求解其抗剪刚度。并结合5组足尺试验进行了修正,结果表明:该力学模型具有较好的适用性。通过参数分析可知,螺栓个数和螺栓间距是影响该类节点初始刚度最重要的因素,其他如主角钢肢宽和肢厚、螺栓直径、节点板厚度对初始刚度也有一定的 影响。

     

    Abstract: By employing the component method, an analytical model to predict the initial rotational stiffness of angle steel tower K-joints is set up. It is considered that the connection rotation is mainly induced by the deformation of the main angle in shear, bolts in shear, and the hole-wall in bear. Considering limb in shear as short column with shear deformation mainly, superposition principle is used to calculate initial stiffness of a joint. Consider bolts as Timoshenko beam, using the principle of virtual work and unit-load method to calculate its shear rigidity. Combining the five full-scale tests, the mechanical model is qualified. Test results reveal that the mechanical model is reasonable. Parameter analysis show that the number and spacing of bolts are the most important factors to decide joint’s initial rotational stiffness, and that others such as limb wide and thickness, bolt diameter, and joint plate thickness also have a certain effect on initial rotational stiffness.
