非公差间隙圆柱副机构动态响应分析

DYNAMIC RESPONSE ANALYSIS OF COLUMN JOINT MECHANISMS WITH NON-TOLERANCE CLEARANCE

  • 摘要: 针对ADAMS软件中Hertz接触力模型在凸面与凹面机构碰撞中精度低的问题,提出了一种适合非公差间隙圆柱副机构接触力模型。将Goldsmish模型刚度系数与基于改进弹性基础接触模型求导而得的非线性刚度系数进行优化组合,建立了对非公差间隙更具适用性的法向接触力模型,同时引入LuGre摩擦力作为切向接触力模型来描述机构间的相互作用关系。应用ANSYS软件对法向接触力模型进行了数值验证,在此基础上以某火炮身管与摇架间隙为对象,基于建立的改进接触模型对身管与摇架机构进行了动力学仿真分析,仿真结果可准确反映非公差间隙对身管动态特性的影响,为研究摇架结构参数对火炮射击精度的影响提供了参考和依据,同时建立的接触力模型为其他非公差间隙圆柱副机构动力学分析提供了更准确的数学模型。

     

    Abstract: A kind of contact model describing the column joint with non-tolerance clearance is proposed to solve the problem of low precision of Hertz contact modal for convexity and concave mechanisms impacting in ADAMS. The rigidity coefficient of Goldsmish modal and the non-linearity rigidity coefficient gained by updated elasticity-based contact model are assembled, and the normal contact force model which is more suitable for non-tolerance clearance is set up. The LuGre friction force is introduced to describe the reciprocity as the tangential contact force. The normal contact force is validated by ANSYS software numerically; furthermore, the gun tube and cradle are simulated dynamically. The result can reflect the effect for gun tube and cradle dynamic characteristic by non-tolerance and afford the reference for studying the infection for gun fire precision by cradle structure parameters, and the improved contact model can afford more veracious model for other dynamic response analysis of column joint mechanisms with non-tolerance clearance.
