左右梁高不同异形节点设计方法及力学性能研究

RESEARCH ON DESIGN METHOD AND MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OF THE IRREGULAR JOINT WITH DIFFERENT BEAM DEPTHS

  • 摘要: 该研究采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对左右梁高不同的异形钢框架节点模型进行弹塑性分析。通过对外加强环板宽度夹角α 的设计和分析,提出合理的外加强环式异形节点的设计方法,并考察梁高比对异形节点域抗剪承载力、变形及应力分布情况的影响。通过对不同的加强环板的宽度夹角和不同梁高下的左右梁高不同的异形节点的剪力-剪切角关系曲线和变形情况的分析可知:加强环板的宽度夹角α 对节点域抗剪承载力影响较小,考虑实际施工的方便,建议取αs =90°,αl =180°;随着左右梁的高度比的增加,异形节点域抗剪承载力下降,刚度增加;左右梁高度比的变化对异形节点域变形及应力分布有较大影响。

     

    Abstract: The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is adopted to make the elastic-plastic analysis on the irregular joint with different beam depths in a steel frame. Based on designing and analyzing on the angle of an exterior reinforcing ring, the reasonable design method of the irregular joint with an exterior reinforcing ring is proposed. Then the effect of the span-depth ratio of the beam on the shear capacity of the irregular joint and the distribution of the stress is demonstrated. Basedon the analysis for the shear-shear angle curves of the joints with different angles of the exterior reinforcing ring and different beam depths, the results show that the angle of the exterior reinforcing ring has little effect on the shearing capacity of the joint. In order to make the construction convenient, the paper suggests thatαs=90°, αl=180°. With the increase of the depth ration between the left beam and the right one, the rigidity increases. Thusly, the change of the depth ratios has a considerable influence on the deformation and distribution of the stress in the joint region.
