波形钢腹板的弹性剪切屈曲强度

ELASTIC SHEAR BUCKLING STRENGTH OF TRAPEZOIDAL CORRUGATED STEEL WEBS

  • 摘要: 波形钢腹板的剪切屈曲模式主要包括局部剪切屈曲模式、整体剪切屈曲模式和合成剪切屈曲模式。弹性局部剪切屈曲强度和弹性整体剪切屈曲强度虽然已经有明确的计算公式,但与实际数值结果相比尚存一定偏差,而对于实际桥梁中可能发生的合成剪切屈曲模式则无准确的计算方法。该文首先建立了计算波形钢腹板弹性剪切屈曲强度的有限元模型,用以研究波形钢腹板的剪切屈曲行为。随后讨论了影响弹性剪切屈曲强度的关键因素,同时对已有建议公式的准确性和合理性进行了评价和验证。最后通过大量数值分析,建议了可以综合考虑三种剪切屈曲模式的波形钢腹板弹性剪切屈曲强度计算公式,公式精度较高,可供工程设计参考,同时为进一步研究波形钢腹板的抗剪强度奠定理论基础。结论

     

    Abstract: The shear buckling mode of a trapezoidal corrugated steel web plate consists of a local shear buckling mode, a global shear buckling mode and an interactive shear buckling mode. The elastic local and global shear buckling strength can be calculated based on the classical elastic theory, but some deviations exist between formula and numerical results. For the interactive shear buckling mode which may occur in the box girder bridges with trapezoidal corrugated steel webs, the elastic interactive shear buckling strength can not be predicted accurately. Finite element models are firstly developed in order to analyze the shear buckling behavior of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs. In addition, the critical factors dominating the elastic shear buckling strength are found. The current formulae for calculating the elastic shear buckling strength are verified by numerical results and give unprecise predictions. Finally, extensive numerical calculation and parametric analysis are conducted to derive the formulae for calculating the elastic shear buckling strength of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs considering three kinds of shear buckling modes. The predictions obtained by the proposed formulae correlate well with the numerical results. This paper has laid the foundation for the further research of the shear strength of trapezoidal corrugated steel webs.
