  网壳结构复杂多支管连接的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON COMPLEX MULTIPLANAR JOINTS OF LATTICE SHELL STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 该文以成都双流国际机场T2航站楼建设项目为背景,对大跨屋盖网壳结构中的复杂多支管连接节点进行了足尺静力加载试验。设计出一套空间自平衡加载装置,对工程中采用的2个复杂相贯节点进行了足尺静力加载试验,其中一个节点试件设有内加劲板。在设计荷载作用下,节点处于弹性状态;在极限荷载作用下,主管发生明显变形,节点极限承载力远高于设计荷载,失效模式表现为延性性质。

     

    Abstract: The behavior and ultimate capacity of multi-planar complex tubular joints in the steel roof structure with CHS members used in the T2 Terminal Building of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport were experimentally researched. A special self-equilibrium spatial test setup was designed. Two full-scale joint specimens were tested under monotonic loading, with one unstiffened and the other inner stiffened. Test results show that two specimens are kept in elastic range under design loads, and significant chord plastification was observed at the end of the test. It is also found that the ultimate strength of two specimens is higher than design loads and the failure mode is ductile.
