叶片相互作用对机匣/叶片包容过程的影响

MULTI-BLADE EFFECTS ON AERO-ENGINE FAN BLADE CONTAINMENT

  • 摘要: 为了解完整叶片与离心飞断叶片之间的相互作用对机匣/叶片包容性过程的影响,结合试验和数值仿真进行研究是十分必要的。该文以某型航空发动机一级风扇为例,通过建立网格精细的有限元模型、选择恰当的材料模型及合理的撞击动力仿真计算参数,得到与试验吻合较好的数值仿真结果。结果表明:断叶旋转方向后侧的旋转叶片通过撞击推动断叶继续向前运动,补充了断叶的能量,对包容过程的第二次撞击有较大影响,导致机匣的包容能力降低。

     

    Abstract: To investigate multi-blade effects on aero-engine fan casing containment capability, numerical simulations combined with a component experiment are necessary. In this paper, good agreements with the experiment results are obtained from the numerical simulations employing a refined enough mesh and suitable material relations with proper values. It is shown that the blade rotating afterward drives the released blade moving forward, supplies its kinetic energy, makes a great effect on the second impact of the containment process during the blade-out event, and weakens the containment capability of the casing.
