改性双基推进剂松弛模量的确定方法

DETERMINATION WAY OF RELAXATION MODULUS OF MODIFIED DB PROPELLANT

  • 摘要: 传统的利用静态松弛试验确定松弛模量的方法存在一定的问题,该文针对这一问题,在Joonas Sorvari所做工作的基础上,提出一种改进方法,称之为改进型Sorvari 法,并阐述了利用该方法获取松弛模量参数具体过程.进行了改性双基推进剂的拉伸松弛试验,并利用提出的改进型Sorvari 法得到改性双基推进剂的松弛模量.利用获得的松弛模量建立线性粘弹性本构方程,并预测应力松弛过程,与应力松弛试验结果对比,结果表明:与传统方法和Joonas Sorvari 的方法相比,该文提出的方法具有较高的精确度,比较适合改性双基推进剂松弛模量的获取.

     

    Abstract: There are some problems in the traditional way to determine a relaxation modulus by a static relaxation test. Based on Joonas Sorvari’s work, an improved way, named improved Sorvari way, was presented. The process to gain a relaxation modulus by this way was introduced. The modified DB propellant’s relaxation test was done, and the relaxation modulus were obtained by the improved Sorvari way. The linear viscoelastic constitutive was then set up to predict a stress relaxation process. The results show the improved Sorvari way is better than traditional way and Sorvari’s way, and the improved Sorvari way is suitable for determining modified DB propellant’s relaxation modules.
