通气空泡重力效应三维数值仿真研究

THREE DIMENSIONAL NUMERICAL SIMULATION ON THE GRAVITY EFFECT OF VENTILATED CAVITY

  • 摘要: 超空泡形态对水下航行体的受力及操纵性有很大影响,大量通气超空泡水洞实验表明重力是影响空泡几何形状的主要原因之一.该文基于有限体积法,采用分相流模型和SST(Shear Stress Transport)湍流模型,考虑了水-气两相间的相互作用及重力效应,对圆盘空化器以不同俯仰角运动时产生的通气超空泡进行了三维数值模拟.得到了重力对通气超空泡形态以及尾流结构影响的规律性结果.

     

    Abstract: Supercavity shape seriously affects the force on the underwater vehicle, and hence the vehicle’s maneuverability. Ventilated supercavitating water-tunnel experiments demonstrate that gravity is one of the main factors influencing supercavity shape. In this paper, based on finite volume method using the two-fluid multiphase flow model and SST (Shear Stress Transport) with the consideration of gas-water interaction and gravity effect, three-dimensional numerical simulations were carried out to model the ventilated supercavity when the disc cavitator moves at different pitching angles. The influence of gravity field on ventilated supercavity shape and the wake structure were finally obtained.
