THE DFR VALUE TESTING ON THE TYPICAL PANEL LAP JOINTS

  • 摘要: 典型结构DFR值是DFR方法的基础和应用前提,试验测定则是获取DFR值的有效方法之一。外翼壁板与带板连接部位是某型飞机重要的疲劳关键件,为评价该部位的疲劳性能,采用两种模拟试件进行等幅载荷下结构DFR值的测定试验,针对军机DFR定义,给出了该部位的DFR值测定结果。分析表明,类似的复杂多钉连接件采用多细节试件能够更好地模拟真实结构的几何特征与受载情况。测定所得DFR值为类似结构的疲劳分析提供了基准值,具有重要的工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Typical structural detail fatigue rating (DFR) value is very important for DFR approach. It is an effective method to obtain DFR value by experiment. The outer wing-lower panel lap joint is an important fatigue critical part of a certain type of aircraft. To evaluate its fatigue quality, fatigue tests were conducted with two types of typical details simulation coupons under constant amplitude. Test result about its DFR value was acquired aiming at the definition of structural DFR value of military aircrafts. It is showed that complex multi-pin joint structure can be better simulated by multi-details structure which can reflect the real structure of geometry and load. The test result is of great value, which provides a reference value for fatigue analysis of similar structure.
