具有轴向流道的柔性悬臂梁亚临界流速范围内冲击振动响应研究

INVESTIGATION ON DAMPED VIBRATION FOR FLEXIBLE CANTILEVER WITH AXIAL FLOW CHANNEL UNDER IMPACT LOAD WITHIN CRITICAL VELOCITY

  • 摘要: 针对冲击载荷作用下具有轴向流道的柔性悬臂梁流固耦合问题,建立了系统的耦合动力学方程。基于动态Hopf 分岔判定定理,对该系统线性化扰动方程的Jacobi 系数矩阵特征多项式进行了计算,在理论上确定了系统振颤失稳时的临界流速,并通过数值计算模拟了系统的颤振失稳现象。分析了亚临界流速范围内,冲击载荷作用下柔性梁的衰减振动响应,结果显示流体流速V的变化对衰减振动的幅值、持续时间和频率都有显著的影响,在0<V<3的范围内,提高流速对柔性梁的衰减振动有良好的抑制效果。

     

    Abstract: The coupling dynamic equation is established for a flexible cantilever with an axial flow channel under an impact load. Base on the dynamic Hopf bifurcation theory, the Jacobi matrix characteristic polynomial of the perturbation equation is analyzed, and the critical velocity of flutter destabilization is obtained theoretically for the liquid-solid coupling system. Then the flutter destabilization is demonstrated through numerical calculations. The damped vibration response of the flexible cantilever under an impact load is investigated within the critical flow velocity. The numerical calculations show that varying the flow velocity V has a remarkable influence on the amplitude, duration and frequency of the damped vibration, and moreover, increasing the flow velocity V within 0<V<3 is very helpful to suppress the damped vibration.
