钢管钢骨高强混凝土偏心受压承载力试验研究

CAPACITY OF STEEL TUBE COLUMN FILLED WITH STEEL-REINFORCED HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE SUBJECTED TO ECCENTRIC LOADING

  • 摘要: 试验共对8根钢管钢骨高强混凝土偏心受压组合柱进行了测试,研究了不同参数情况下,组合柱承载力性能变化,研究结果表明:承载力随着偏心距增大而减小,且对极限值影响很大;承载力随着长细比的增加而减小,并呈现非线性,降低幅度逐渐增大;组合柱侧向挠度随着长细比增加而增加,在80%极限荷载左右开始变化明显,基本符合正弦半波曲线;内部钢骨和外部钢管对混凝土形成双重紧箍力,明显提高核心混凝土的抗压强度,且抗压强度的提高幅度与内部钢骨的布置形式有直接关系;在试验和理论研究的基础上,建立组合柱的偏压承载力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。

     

    Abstract: The ultimate bearing capacity of steel tube columns filled with steel-reinforced high-strength concrete under eccentric loading is investigated through 8 test speciments. The experimental results show that the bearing capacity decreases significantly with the increase of eccentricity ratio. The results also show that the bearing capacity decreases speedingly with the increase of slender ratio. The lateral deflection of composite column increases with slender ratio, and becomes significant at about 80% bearing capacity. Due to the confining force by steel tube and skeleton, the concrete bearing capacity increases. Finally, a formula to calculate the bearing capacity of composite column under eccentric load is suggested.
