形状记忆合金混凝土梁力学性能试验研究

BEHAVIOR OF SMA REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAM

  • 摘要: 将超弹性形状记忆合金(简称SMA)绞线作为主筋埋入到混凝土梁中,制成SMA混凝土梁。采用跨中单点加载试验对其进行力学性能测试,并利用同尺寸、同配筋率的钢筋混凝土梁作为参照,比较了各试验梁的承载力、残余变形和残余裂缝,分析了SMA的预应力及SMA与混凝土的粘结情况对试验梁力学性能的影响。结果表明,超弹性SMA绞线可以减小混凝土梁的残余变形和残余裂缝,提高混凝土梁的自修复能力。与普通钢筋混凝土梁相比,开裂后SMA混凝土梁的承载力增加的幅度更大,且粘结情况对梁的承载力有较大的影响。此外,对于无粘结SMA混凝土梁,对SMA绞线施加预应力可以提高混凝土梁的承载力和耗能能力。

     

    Abstract: The concrete beams reinforced with shape memory alloy (SMA) strands were made in this study. Single-point on mid-span loading tests were conducted on the beams reinforced with SMA strands and the ordinary reinforced concrete beams with the same dimension and the same reinforcement ratio to compare their mechanical properties, such as bearing capability, residual deflection and residual crack width. The influence of prestress of SMA strands and bonding status between SMA strands and concrete were also analyzed. The results indicate that SMA strands can reduce the residual deflection, the residual crack width and consequently increase the self-rehabilitation of the concrete beams. Besides, the bearing capacity of the beams reinforced with SMA strands increases more greatly than that of the ordinary concrete beams, and the bonding status has much influence on the bearing capability of the beams. Moreover, for the unbounded SMA reinforced concrete beam, prestress could increase the bearing capability and the damping capability of the beams.
