ULTIMATE BENDING CAPACITY OF PIPE WITH ARBITRARY CORROSION DEFECTS

  • 摘要: 腐蚀会降低管道的承载力。基于Hill屈服准则,考虑管道材料各向异性特性,提出了不规则腐蚀缺陷管道在内压、轴力和弯矩组合荷载作用下极限承载力的一组广义解,并采用数值方法编制了相应计算程序CPC。研究表明:考虑了与实际腐蚀更接近的腐蚀形状时,广义方程计算结果能够很好评估腐蚀管道的极限承载力。

     

    Abstract: Corrosion results in the reduction of loading capacity of pipelines. Based on Hill yielding criterion, a set of generalized solutions are proposed for predicting the ultimate bending capacity of pipelines with arbitrary shaped corrosion defects subject to combined internal pressure, axial force and bending moment. Anisotropy in longitudinal, circumferential and radial directions of pipe strength is considered in proposed solutions. General program CPC using numerical method is developed to calculate the ultimate bending capacity of corroded pipe and better prediction can be achieved when actual corrosion shape is taken into account.
