基于有限元法的牙周膜本构模型研究

STUDY ON THE CONSTITUTIVE MODEL OF PERIODONTAL LIGAMENT BASED ON FINITE ELEMENT METHOD

  • 摘要: 通过逆向工程的方法,建立了一名患者上颌中切牙及其周围组织的三维有限元模型。基于人体牙周膜试验数据,通过两个常用的泊松比获得了体积变化的数据。通过参数拟合获得了两组Ogden模型的参数,通过数据转化获得了两组次弹性模型参数。分别使用上面的两个Ogden模型和两个次弹性模型以及常用的两个线弹性模型,施加相同的边界条件,对文献中的人体体内加载试验进行了仿真模拟。对使用各种模型得到牙周膜应力场和应变场以及牙齿位移进行了对比,结果表明:Ogden模型和次弹性模型获得牙齿位移与试验情况比较接近,常用的线弹性模型的符合较差,通过不同模型得到的应力场之间存在较大的差异。

     

    Abstract: The Finite element models of a patient’s maxillary center incisor and attached dental tissue are built with a reverse engineering method. The volumetric compression test data are obtained though a group of human experimental data and two widely used Poisson’s ratios. So two groups of Ogden modal parameters are obtained through experiment data fitting, and two groups of parameters of a hypoelastic model are obtained from experimental data transformation. Applied with the same boundary condition, finite element simulations of human experiments are conducted with two hyperelastic, two hypoelastic and two linear elastic constitutive models of periodontal ligament respectively. Comparisons are made between the stress fields as well as the strain fields obtained with each constitutive modal, and also between the derived tooth displacements and experimental data. The results show that tooth displacements derived from the Ogden model and hypoelastic model are very close to the experimental data. However, the displacements derived with linear elastic modals are hardly to coincide with the experiment data. These stress filed in periodontal ligament obtained with each constitutive modal are different from each other.
