STABILITY OF ROTATING FLEXIBLE DISK UNDER AC ELECTROMAGNET

  • 摘要: 该文建立了交流电磁铁作用的旋转弹性铁磁圆盘的动力学方程,并采用伽辽金方法对方程进行空间离散,分析了圆盘转速、电磁铁交流电频率和电磁力刚度对系统固有频率和稳定性的影响。分析表明:当交流电频率接近系统固有频率的组合或圆盘转速接近系统临界转速时,电磁力刚度将导致圆盘发生参数失稳,并且电磁力刚度越大,导致圆盘失稳的转速和交流电频率的范围越大。增加圆盘的阻尼可抑制系统的失稳。

     

    Abstract: The governing equation of a rotating flexible ferromagnetic disk subjected to AC electromagnet is modeled. The equation is discretized by Galerkin method, and effects of the disk rotating speed, AC frequency and electromagnetic force stiffness on the natural frequency and stability of the system are analyzed. The analysis shows that the stiffness results in a parametric instability of the disk when the AC frequency approaches to the natural frequency combination or the rotating speed approaches to a critical speed of the system. And with the increase of the stiffness, the disk could be unstable in a larger range of the disk rotating speed and AC frequency. The damping of disk material can be increased to suppress the instability.
