考虑水平冲击的飞船座椅缓冲器力学特性设计

THE BUFFER FORCE DESIGN OF A SEAT-BUFFER MACHINE IN MANNED SPACECRAFT CONSIDERING HORIZONTAL LANDING SHOCK

  • 摘要: 基于无水平冲击着陆工况设计的飞船座椅缓冲器的缓冲行程在有水平冲击时会超出空间限制要求。针对这种设计缺陷,在考虑水平冲击工况的基础上,根据缓冲器工作原理提出了分三部分设计缓冲力的思想。综合考虑加速度响应峰值、行程和缓冲力梯度的影响,在极限水平冲击工况下设计了新的五级分布缓冲力。结果表明:重新设计的缓冲机构缓冲力符合行程约束要求,能够适应更宽的着陆工况范围。

     

    Abstract: The buffer force of the seat-buffer machine in manned spacecraft is usually designed considering vertical shock only. As a result, the buffer journey may exceed space limit under horizontal shock. To solve this problem, the design process is divided into three steps based on the working principle of the seat-buffer machine. Considering the influences of acceleration, buffer journey and gradient, five-level buffer force is redesigned under utmost horizontal shock landing condition. Results show that redesigned buffer force satisfys buffer journey limit requirement and is more robust to landing conditions.
