密封进口涡动系数对转子系统动力学性能的影响

INFLUENCES OF LIQUID-SEAL INLET SWIRL RATIO ON THE DYNAMIC PROPERTIES OF A ROTOR SYSTEM

  • 摘要: 利用数值方法,通过求解基于Bulk-flow 模型的液体环状动压密封控制方程,得到了不同密封进口涡动系数下液体环状动压密封的动力特性系数。结合液体动压环状密封的流体动反力模型,建立了考虑液体动压环状密封动力学特性的系统运动方程,通过理论分析导出了表征系统动力学性能的模态阻尼与频率、振幅对数衰减率以及动力放大系数等的解析表达式。最后通过图形分析了密封进口涡动系数对转子系统动力学性能的影响,给出了一些可用于指导具有液体动压环状密封的转子系统动力学设计和故障诊断的结论。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic coefficients of a given liquid annular seal under different inlet swirl ratios are obtained by numerically solving the governing equations based on a bulk-flow model. Equations of motion of the system are established with the consideration of seal’s dynamic properties. This is achieved by integrating the fluid dynamic reaction-force model of the liquid annular seal into the dynamic model of the system. The analytical expressions of modal damping and frequency, logarithmic decrement and dynamic magnification factor, which represent the dynamic properties of the system, are obtained by theoretical analyses. The influences of a seal inlet swirl ratio on the dynamic properties of the rotor system are discussed with figures. Conclusions are reached, which could be used for guiding the dynamic designs and diagnostics of rotor systems with liquid annular seals.
