冷弯薄壁斜卷边槽钢轴压构件承载力计算的直接强度法研究

DIRECT STRENGTH METHOD STUDY ON BEARING CAPACITY CALCULATION OF CHANNEL COLUMNS WITH INCLINED SIMPLE EDGE STIFFENERS UNDER AXIAL COMPRESSION

  • 摘要: 为了研究斜卷边槽钢轴压构件承载力的计算方法,并完善和发展直接强度法在我国的应用,利用经试验验证后的大量有限元计算结果,在分析现有国外直接强度法公式基础上结合我国实际,提出了轴压简支斜卷边槽钢柱承载力的直接强度法修正计算公式,并针对固支斜卷边槽钢轴压柱建立了承载力直接强度法计算公式。方法中考虑了局部与整体以及畸变与整体的相关屈曲。与试验及北美规范(NAS 2001)、美国规范(AISI 1996)和澳大利亚规范(AS/NZS 4600)计算结果的对比表明,修正后的计算方法比现有直接强度法及上述规范对构件承载力的预测更为精确,且与试验所得失稳模式更为接近。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the bearing capacity calculation method of channel columns with inclined simple edge stiffeners under axial compression and develop the application of the direct strength method (DSM) in our country, revised DSM formulas which are based on analysis of the current DSM formulas abroad and combined with the actual situation of our country were presented for calculating the ultimate load-carrying capacity of concentrically loaded channels with inclined simple edge stiffeners between pinned ends and fixed ends respectively. A mass of finite element analysis results verified by tests were used to establish the formulas. The revised method considered local and overall interaction buckling, distortional and overall interaction buckling. By comparing the results from the revised DSM formulas with those from the tests and the codes including North American specification (NAS 2001), American Iron and Steel Institute specification (AISI 1996) and Australia standards (AS/NZS 4600), it is found that the revised DSM formulas can provide more accurate prediction of the bearing capacity and buckling modes of channel columns with inclined simple edge stiffeners than the current DSM formulas and the above codes.
