钢箱梁斜拉桥锚拉板式索梁锚固结构的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ANCHOR-PLATE ANCHORAGE FOR CABLE-STAYED BRIDGES WITH STEEL BOX GIRDER

  • 摘要: 斜拉桥的索梁锚固结构受力集中、构造复杂。介绍了锚拉板式索梁锚固结构的特点及其在大跨斜拉桥中的应用,通过对广东湛江海湾大桥锚拉板式索梁锚固结构进行足尺模型静力试验,得到静力荷载作用下锚拉板式索梁锚固结构各测点应力。结合有限元分析和模型试验结果,分析了锚固结构的应力分布及传力机理,锚拉板式索梁锚固结构的设计方案及制造工艺得到了验证。根据Von.Mises强度理论,对锚固结构的承载能力做出了评价,得出一些有益的结论。

     

    Abstract: Cable-girder anchorage is complex to construct and bears heavy load in cable-stayed bridge. The characteristics of anchor-plate anchorage structure are investigated, and its applications to long span cable-stayed bridge are introduced. The full-scale model test of the anchorage structure in Zhanjiang Bay Bridge was carried out, and the stress on test points of the anchorage system was obtained under static load. By combining FEM analysis with the result obtained from model test, stress distribution and mechanic behavior of anchorage system are analyzed, and the reliability of the design and manufacture techniques of anchorage system is proved. Based on the Von.Mises strength criterion, the bearing capacity of the anchorage system is assessed.
