RESEARCH ON THE VIBRATION OF FTSR HOT ROLLING MILL

  • 摘要: 该文针对某FTSR 热连轧机的异常振动问题,利用现代遥测系统和ANASYS 中谐响应分析模块对轧机的振动特征进行了测试和研究,得出FTSR 轧机异常振动是由主传动控制系统振荡与轧机辊系水平振动固有频率接近引发的。当扭振的频率与辊系的水平固有频率相等时,轧机产生的水平振动最为强烈。研究结果为抑制轧机振动提供了实验数据和理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the abnormal vibration problem of a FTSR hot rolling mill, this paper tested and analyzed the characteristics of the mill vibration by using the modern acceleration telemetry system and ANSYS Harmonic response modeling. Primary conclusion is obtained that the abnormal vibration of the FTSR rolling mill is caused by coupling vibration of mill main drive control system oscillation and roll system horizontal vibration natural frequency. When the frequency of the torsional vibration is equal to the horizontal natural frequency of the roll system, the horizontal vibration takes place most severely. This research provides experimental and theoretical guidelines for restraining rolling mill vibration.
