低温环境下混凝土性能的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE PROPERTIES OF CONCRETE UNDER LOW-TEMPERATURE

  • 摘要: 低温下混凝土的性能是混凝土材性研究的一个薄弱环节。该文采用超低温冰箱对同一强度等级的混凝土试件进行降温,然后在试验机上测试不同温度下混凝土的抗拉强度、抗压强度等,详细研究了在低温环境下混凝土的强度变化情况。试验表明,随着温度的降低,混凝土的抗拉强度和抗压强度都有所提高,但两者提高的程度并不呈比例。在此基础上,与国外文献数据相对比,采用数据拟合的方法,得到混凝土强度随温度变化的函数关系。

     

    Abstract: The concrete performance in a low temperature is still a trouble spot. Freezer was used to cooling concrete blocks, and the blocks are the same strength grade. Then test the compression strength and tensile strength in the testing machine. This experiment studies the strength changes of concrete in a low temperature in detail. The test results prove that the compression strength and tensile strength of concrete are all increase with the decrease of temperature. But they are not in the same ratio. On this basis, and by compared with the data founded in the foreign literature, data fitting is used to get the function relationships between the strength and the temperature.
